Core Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable products for their homes
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product details, industry trends, and competitor offerings
• Engage customers through phone calls, online inquiries, and in-store visits to foster relationships
• Organize and follow through meticulously on customer requirements and sales processes

Candidate Qualifications

• Possession of a high school diploma
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in retail or commission-based roles
• Confident, goal-oriented sales approach
• Effective communication paired with strong organizational capabilities
• Proficiency with MS Office and aptitude for quickly adapting to new systems
• Availability to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and to remain active on the sales floor
