Job Overview
Join our team as a Sales Associate specializing in Print and Services, where your role will encompass delivering outstanding customer service, supporting store sales goals, and managing print production operations within the store environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer interactions, actively seeking chances to boost engagement and satisfaction.
- Utilize the store's selling framework to promote print and customer service products, gaining thorough knowledge of offerings to provide well-informed recommendations.
- Partner with leadership to meet sales targets and profit margins.
- Carry out print production tasks in-store, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Uphold compliance with Health & Safety standards, Asset Protection rules, and Privacy policies.
- Use Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions, including shipping and marketing initiatives, to effectively convert customers.
- Manage customer print orders, from intake through pick-up, including filtering orders from dashboards, phone, and counter.
- Ensure print machinery is continuously supplied with necessary materials such as paper and toner, cataloging and sorting orders per company standards into appropriate priorities.
- Maintain merchandising, signage, and inventory controls around print and transaction areas to company specifications.
- Adhere to all operational standards, checklists, audits, and branding guidelines within Print and Services departments.
Qualifications and Experience
- Preferred retail experience ranging from three months up to one year.
- Strong communication skills paired with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings.
