Sales Associate

Job Overview

Join our team as a Sales Associate where your main focus will be delivering outstanding customer service to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. You will be responsible for promoting sales in key departments including furniture, technology, and supplies, while collaborating with store leaders to meet sales and margin targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to customers by recommending relevant products and services, using all available sales techniques to anticipate their needs.
• Conduct transactions efficiently with the Point of Sale (POS) system, including processing shipping and leveraging marketing tools to drive conversions.
• Address and resolve complex customer concerns calmly, escalating to supervisors or managers when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment through tasks like dusting, product front-facing, and ensuring demonstration units remain clean and operational.
• Support all merchandising activities, planogram compliance, signage standards, and uphold store brand consistency.
• Adhere strictly to Health & Safety protocols, Asset Protection policies, and Privacy standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months but less than 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication abilities coupled with strong customer service skills.
• Effective teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate well in a team-oriented environment.
