Role Summary

This full-time, on-site Sales Associate position based in Jehanabad involves supporting daily store operations. Key duties include welcoming customers, addressing queries about products, and assisting in product choices. Additional tasks involve organizing product displays, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and tidy, managing billing and cash transactions, and maintaining accurate sales records. The Sales Associate is also responsible for promoting ongoing offers, assisting with inventory inspections, and collaborating with store colleagues to achieve sales objectives. Adherence to company policies, professionalism, and fostering a safe, orderly work atmosphere are expected.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills, encompassing courteous communication, active listening, and efficient problem resolution.
• Basic retail and sales abilities, including product promotion, upselling techniques, and proficiency in handling cash or digital payment processes.
• Organizational competence for managing stock, arranging displays, and supporting inventory tasks.
• Clear spoken communication in English and the local language with the capacity to explain products accurately and simply.
• Physical capability to stand for prolonged periods, perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, and multitask efficiently.
• Retail or FMCG background is beneficial but not essential.
• Minimum education equivalent to high school completion; training on products and store procedures will be provided.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
