About the Role

As a Sales Associate specializing in garden plants, you will be the primary contact within the garden center, responsible for ensuring a flourishing environment for both customers and colleagues. You will oversee a wide variety of plants including bedding and balcony plants, perennials, and garden shrubs.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers and provide knowledgeable assistance at all times.
• Ensure each customer's shopping experience is enjoyable and memorable.
• Maintain cleanliness and order within your assigned area together with colleagues.

Candidate Profile

• Completed training in a craft or commercial field with initial work experience in gardening.
• Ability to remain calm and composed even during peak busy seasons.
• Strong communication skills paired with a friendly demeanor.
