Primary Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales inquiries via telephone.
• Identify customer requirements and suggest appropriate gemstones or sacred wearable items.
• Establish trust by maintaining clear, transparent, and honest communication.
• Provide detailed explanations about product benefits, pricing structures, and authenticity assurances.
• Keep precise records within the CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups with potential customers.
• Meet daily and monthly sales objectives consistently.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate seamless order fulfillment and customer support.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling capabilities.
• Previous experience in telesales, retail sales, or any phone-based sales roles.
• Professional handling of discussions around valuable, high-end products.
