Join our lively team as a Sales Assistant at Card Factory in Crawley, where every day is vibrant and different. We're seeking enthusiastic, friendly individuals who love celebrating and engaging with customers. Our stores are hubs of celebration, creativity, and connection all year round.
Key Duties
- Put customers at the centre of your work, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Create a welcoming and impressive shopping experience that exemplifies the Card Factory spirit.
- Operate the tills efficiently with a cheerful demeanor while helping shoppers find what they need—and encouraging additional purchases.
- Maintain attractive and well-stocked shelves to showcase our diverse product range.
- Recommend our broad selection of gifts, wrapping materials, and more, highlighting that we offer much beyond greeting cards.
Candidate Profile
No previous retail experience is necessary as comprehensive training and a friendly team environment will support you. We value approachable individuals comfortable being on their feet during busy times. Flexibility with scheduling is a plus; there may be opportunities to work shifts at various nearby locations.
