Requirements and Eligibility

No prior retail experience is necessary; comprehensive training is provided. Essential qualities include being approachable, friendly, physically able to stand during busy periods, and willing to assist customers enthusiastically. Flexibility in scheduling is a plus, with potential for shifts at nearby stores.
