Key Responsibilities
- Place customers at the center of everything you do in line with our commitment to exceptional service.
- Ensure every shopper feels welcomed, impressed, and delighted with their experience – exemplifying the cardfactory spirit.
- Operate tills with a friendly demeanor, helping customers find exactly what they need, and possibly more.
- Maintain well-stocked and attractive shelves throughout the store.
- Recommend our diverse selection of gifts, wrapping paper, and much more beyond just cards.
Candidate Requirements
No prior retail experience is necessary; you will receive comprehensive training to support your success. The most important qualities are a friendly and approachable nature, comfort standing for long periods during busy times, and a willingness to assist customers. Flexibility with your schedule is valued, and there may be opportunities to work across nearby stores.
