Key Responsibilities

Take charge of daily store operations by building and leading an exceptional team, defining clear objectives, and cultivating an environment where employees can excel. Your duties will include recruitment, staff coaching, merchandising, managing payroll, and overall store ownership. Collaborate closely with District and Regional Managers to identify growth opportunities, enhance performance, and celebrate achievements.

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their best.
• Natural leadership presence, leading by example while fostering a performance-driven culture.
• A people-oriented approach, skilled in coaching and developing staff.
• Excellent communication skills, able to listen actively, articulate clearly, and unify teams.
• Comfortable navigating technology and systems to efficiently handle daily processes.
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and adaptable under pressure.
