Joining our vibrant team as a Sales Assistant means becoming part of a welcoming and creative retail environment. Our stores serve as places for celebration, connection, and inspiration all year round. We are currently seeking enthusiastic, friendly individuals to assist as we experience busy periods and grow our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize exceptional customer service, ensuring every visitor feels valued and cared for.
- Engage and impress customers, making them feel welcomed and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
- Operate the tills efficiently and with a positive attitude, helping customers find their desired products — and potentially more.
- Maintain well-stocked and visually appealing shelves throughout the store.
- Recommend our diverse product range including gifts, wrapping materials, and more — beyond just greeting cards.
Candidate Requirements
No prior retail experience is necessary as full training will be provided. Key qualities include being approachable, friendly, and comfortable standing for extended periods in a lively environment. Flexibility in working hours is desirable, as there may be opportunities to work shifts at nearby locations.
