Role Overview

This full-time role requires on-site presence in Nairobi. Key daily tasks include managing sales transactions, addressing client inquiries, processing orders accurately and promptly, as well as maintaining precise inventory records. The role also includes supplier coordination and basic administrative duties such as documentation and reporting. Organization of the sales area or office, correct product labeling and display, and troubleshooting operational challenges are integral responsibilities. Cooperation with team members aimed at service improvement and supporting business expansion is essential.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven ability to interact professionally with customers and deliver courteous service.
• Basic skills in record maintenance, data entry, and transaction documentation management.
• Excellent organizational abilities, with competency in prioritizing tasks and sustaining accurate inventory or stock logs.
• Dependability in attendance and punctuality in a fast-moving on-site setting.
• Proficient communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is advantageous.
• Teamwork skills and the capability to adhere to company procedures and protocols.
• Basic familiarity with computer applications, particularly office software and ideally simple point-of-sale or inventory management tools.
• Minimum secondary school completion; having a diploma or degree in business, commerce, or related disciplines is preferred.
