Key Duties

• Assist in opening and closing store operations.
• Positively represent yourself and H&M in every customer interaction.

Team Collaboration

You will be part of a lively Store Team that includes Sales Advisors, Department and Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and more. Cooperation extends beyond your store to the Area Team, sharing knowledge and driving success. Your role helps customers express their style confidently with current trends and classic looks, fostering meaningful connections and promoting accessible, sustainable fashion.

Candidate Profile

• Previous customer service experience in fashion, retail, or related areas.
• A passion for fashion combined with dedication to delivering outstanding in-store experiences that promote products and boost sales.
• Enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills, creativity, curiosity toward store technology, and a strong desire for continuous learning and growth.
• Adaptability and proactive attitude.
