Key Duties

• Utilize your fashion knowledge to advise customers and help them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Work closely with colleagues to provide outstanding service throughout the customer’s visit.
• Maintain an inviting and well-stocked sales area and storeroom.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
• Consistently present yourself and the brand positively in all interactions with customers.

Team Collaboration

At H&M, the store team is the epicenter of the brand experience. Roles ranging from Sales Advisors to Department and Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and other store specialists work collectively to foster an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere. You will also liaise with the Area Team and other stores to share knowledge and promote joint success. Your efforts will help customers express their style confidently while making sustainable fashion accessible.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in fashion, retail, or related areas.
• A passion for fashion and a commitment to providing an outstanding in-store experience that promotes products and boosts sales.
• Enjoy collaborating in dynamic team settings.
• Effective communication and creativity combined with an eagerness to engage with store technology and continuously learn.
• Adaptable and proactive in day-to-day tasks.
