Position Overview
This role involves overseeing the daily life and discipline of cadets, ensuring their holistic development within a Sainik School environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the cadets' daily routines, ensuring discipline and proper conduct.
- Oversee all aspects of hostel operations including attendance, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Facilitate coordination of academic schedules, sports activities, physical training, and extracurricular engagements.
- Act as a mentor to guide cadets in leadership, discipline, and personal growth.
- Liaise and collaborate effectively with teachers, wardens, parents, and school management.
- Maintain detailed records and reports in compliance with school policies.
- Address emergencies and resolve daily student-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure smooth communication channels with students, parents, teachers, and stakeholders by providing timely updates on sports events, programs, and achievements.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must possess a graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
- Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience working in Sainik Schools, Military Schools, Residential or Boarding Schools, NCC, or similar institutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, discipline, and student management abilities are essential.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the armed forces (Army, Navy, or Air Force).
