Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Hostel Warden to oversee the welfare and daily management of students residing in the school hostel. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining discipline, managing daily routines, and ensuring a safe and hygienic living environment for the students.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily lives and routines of students residing in the hostel.
• Maintain discipline, ensure safety protocols, uphold hygiene standards, and support the overall well-being of hostel students.
• Keep track of attendance, regulate study periods, monitor meal times, and supervise extracurricular activities.
• Address student issues promptly while facilitating communication between students, school authorities, and parents.
• Maintain accurate hostel records and ensure smooth day-to-day operation of hostel facilities.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• The candidate must hold at least a graduate degree.
• Excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and aptitude for managing students effectively.
• Previous experience working in hostels or educational settings is preferred.
