Job description
Role Overview
The position involves hands-on development of integrations between SailPoint IdentityIQ and various enterprise applications, with a major focus on creating custom connectors, managing APIs, and automating identity integration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build SailPoint ISC connectors and integrations tailored to enterprise needs.
- Create custom solutions for applications lacking standard connector support.
- Integrate SailPoint with diverse systems including REST/API interfaces, Active Directory, LDAP, HR platforms, databases, cloud services, enterprise software, and file systems.
- Develop processes for aggregation, account synchronization, provisioning, and de-provisioning within identity management workflows.
- Implement automated mechanisms for retrying operations and reconciling data inconsistencies.
- Resolve issues related to identity aggregation and synchronization failures.
- Construct custom provisioning solutions based on file inputs.
- Enhance integration performance, particularly for multiple identity attributes and large transaction volumes.
- Develop component frameworks to reuse integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot connectors, APIs, authentication processes, data mapping, reconciliation, and system performance challenges.
- Support the phases of integration testing, defect fixing, readiness for production, and stabilization.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with SailPoint ISC integrations.
- Knowledge of SailPoint connectors and source configuration.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML data formats, OAuth, and API authentication methods.
- Proficient in Java or equivalent languages for integration development.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with database integration.
- Experience with Active Directory and LDAP directory services.
- Understanding of identity aggregation, account reconciliation, and provisioning/de-provisioning lifecycle.
- Competence in data transformation and attribute mapping techniques.
- Experience with file-based integrations using formats like CSV and tools such as SFTP.
- Strong capability in debugging and troubleshooting technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing SailPoint IIQ connectors.
- Hands-on knowledge of AWS and cloud-based integrations.
- Expertise with event-driven integration architectures.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git version control.
- Skills in Python for automation and scripting.
- Experience building reusable connector frameworks.
- Ability to tune performance for high-volume Identity and Access Management integrations.
