Role Overview
We are looking for a proficient SailPoint IIQ specialist with strong expertise in identity and access management (IAM) solutions. The candidate will be accountable for architecting, developing, and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ frameworks. Collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams to tailor and configure SailPoint IIQ to business needs, while offering technical direction and mentoring, is integral to this position.
Primary Duties
- Architect and deploy identity management frameworks through SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Customize and configure SailPoint IIQ to fulfill IAM policies and demands.
- Create workflows, applications, and integrations that automate identity governance tasks.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the development team to endorse best practices.
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to successfully deliver projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and integration-related issues in SailPoint implementations.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience working with SailPoint IIQ and identity governance solutions.
- Technical proficiency in Java, J2EE, Beanshell, XML, HTML, SQL, JSP, and REST/SOAP web services.
- Hands-on work experience with SailPoint workflows and key connectors such as Active Directory, Azure AD, and Oracle ERP.
- In-depth understanding of SailPoint IIQ architecture, components, and customization methods.
- Solid knowledge of identity management principles and practices.
- Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Possession of a valid iqama is mandatory.
- SailPoint certifications are advantageous.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
