Safety Manager

Overview

A rapidly growing residential developer with multiple active sites across Wicklow and North Dublin seeks a Health & Safety Manager. This leadership role offers the chance to oversee health and safety operations across 7+ construction sites and to advance into head of health and safety responsibilities within the company. The position is based in Ashford, County Wicklow or North Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the company's Health & Safety function.
• Collaborate with senior management in construction and operations to deliver effective safety solutions.
• Lead, recruit, and develop the Health & Safety team.
• Design, improve, and implement comprehensive Health & Safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental health and safety regulations.
• Promote and maintain an incident-free workplace environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in Health & Safety within residential construction projects.
• A diploma or degree in Health & Safety or an equivalent qualification from a recognized third-level institution.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of working effectively both independently and with teams.
• A full, clean driving license is mandatory.

Additional Details

• Location flexibility to be based in Ashford, Wicklow, or North Dublin.
• Salary offered ranges between €80,000 and €85,000 per year.
• Additional benefits include transport allowances and performance bonuses.
