Core Qualifications

• Extensive software engineering experience within trading, investment management, or financial markets technology sectors.
• Proficient with Rust programming language and experienced in building event-driven architectures.
• Knowledgeable with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Solace, or Kinesis.
• Familiar with modern software delivery methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Understanding of FIX protocol for financial information exchange.
• Demonstrated capability to lead engineering teams effectively without compromising hands-on development involvement.
