Rubber Injection Machine Operator

Role Overview

The Rubber Injection Machine Operator is responsible for running and overseeing rubber injection molding machines with efficiency and precision. Success in this role means maintaining high-quality output, adhering to safety and production standards, and supporting smooth day-to-day machine operations within the manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate rubber injection molding machinery effectively according to production needs.
• Set up machines and fine-tune parameters to meet product specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections to detect any defects in molded rubber parts.
• Carry out routine cleaning and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Manage the loading and handling of raw materials carefully.
• Adhere to scheduled production plans and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
• Keep accurate production logs and promptly communicate any machine malfunctions to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment following company guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational background: High School diploma, ITI certificate, or Technical Diploma is preferred.
• Work experience: Between 2 to 5 years operating rubber injection molding machines.
