Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled RSA Archer Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves configuring and supporting the RSA Archer platform by gathering business and technical requirements, designing API-based integrations, managing user roles and access permissions, and creating operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the RSA Archer platform to meet business needs.
• Design and implement API integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
• Manage user roles and access controls to maintain system security.
• Develop and optimize operational workflows within the platform.
• Support application performance monitoring and troubleshooting processes.
• Automate routine and manual tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in change management and system maintenance activities.
• Collaborate closely with business, IT, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and deliver effective solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with RSA Archer platform configuration and support.
• Proficiency in AWS cloud services.
• Expertise in API creation and integration.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Ability to develop low-code applications and configure workflows.
• Competence in managing user access and security settings.
• Experience in application support and automation techniques.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and change management.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with SQL Server, Power BI, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Experience with Visual Studio and Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Use of monitoring tools and CI/CD pipelines.
