Position Overview

We are looking for a US IT Recruiter based in Noida to join our on-site team working in the US shift. This role involves sourcing and engaging premier IT talent from the US market. The recruiter will handle W2, C2C, and direct client hiring requirements, managing all phases from candidate screening to interview coordination and recruitment lifecycle oversight. Building strong relationships with candidates is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with leading IT professionals within the US labor market.
• Handle staffing needs for W2 employees, C2C consultants, and direct client requests.
• Conduct candidate screening, evaluation, and submissions effectively.
• Organize and oversee interview schedules and manage recruitment processes end-to-end.
