RPA Engineer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced RPA Engineer based in Dubai, UAE, with over a decade of hands-on expertise in developing and deploying robotic process automation solutions. The role offers a competitive salary of up to 18000 AED per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation workflows leveraging various RPA platforms.
• Create custom automation scripts using modern programming languages and scripting techniques.
• Integrate RPA solutions seamlessly with external systems through APIs, databases, and web services.
• Perform debugging and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure smooth operation.
• Manage version control of automation assets and documentation.
• Prepare and execute test plans including user acceptance testing to validate automation accuracy.
• Manage multiple projects, coordinating with IT and business units to align automation efforts with organizational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 10 years of professional experience as an RPA Engineer.
• Proficiency with leading RPA platforms such as Microsoft RPA Suite, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Strong programming background in Python, C#, and Java.
• Capability in designing automated workflows and conducting business process analysis.
• Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript or VBScript for customization tasks.
• Knowledge of integration techniques involving APIs, web services, and databases.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Skilled in testing methodologies and ensuring quality assurance through user acceptance testing.
