We seek an Automation Developer to join our Tech COE team within the Technology & Product Operations organization based in Bengaluru. This position offers a hybrid work model with responsibilities both at the office and remotely as per business needs. You will help develop scalable automation solutions that streamline operations, enhance product quality, and enable smarter tooling across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect automation solutions to expand automation capabilities tenfold.
• Develop and sustain a comprehensive suite of bots and workflows ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Design and implement agentic AI components for various use cases.
• Evaluate and track the business impact of automation before and after deployment.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to encourage and support automation adoption.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement throughout the bot lifecycle with structured communication plans.
• Manage the full lifecycle of bots from requirements gathering through hyper-care phases independently.
• Analyze, design, develop, implement, and troubleshoot bots supporting multiple business functions.
• Exhibit expertise in bot development, deployment, migration, platform administration, and uphold automation standards and best practices.
• Ensure bots adhere to best-in-class development frameworks and migrate them to new software versions or infrastructure with careful planning.
• Build bots capable of continuous 24/7 operation with minimal human oversight.
• Follow software development lifecycle (SDLC), change management protocols, and maintain full documentation compliant with IT and information security standards.
• Monitor and enhance bot performance and reduce maintenance workloads.
• Measure and report on KPIs related to bots and processes indicating tangible business outcomes.

Basic Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in IT.
• A minimum of 2 years hands-on experience working with Automation Anywhere platform (A360) and Microsoft Power Platform, encompassing bot design, development, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET alongside skills in SQL and VB scripting.
• Development and management of bots for at least 8 to 10 complex process automations with full lifecycle ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven capability in automating APIs, web, and Windows applications using both attended and unattended bots.
• Skill in drafting solution design documentation based on process definitions or recordings.
• Experience with Azure logical apps and cognitive services is advantageous.
• Competency in conducting process discovery workshops with business stakeholders and facilitating knowledge sharing within teams.
• Familiarity with intelligent agentic automation and AI/ML applications is a plus.
• Exposure to CRM systems and Microsoft productivity tools is desirable.
