About the Role

Fortinos Supermarket Ltd is seeking skilled and passionate leaders capable of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a Rotisserie Manager, you will play a key role in impacting both sales outcomes and customer satisfaction within our Hamilton, Ontario store.

Primary Responsibilities

• Proactively anticipate customer needs and prioritize service excellence in all activities.
• Provide leadership by coaching and motivating team members to foster individual development and collective success.
• Ensure adherence to merchandising standards and operational procedures to maintain quality and consistency.
• Take full ownership of departmental sales performance and the achievement of financial targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Outstanding customer service capabilities with a proven knack for cultivating customer loyalty.
• Preference given to candidates possessing previous experience in the specific department.
• Ability to nurture a positive and engaging workplace through strong colleague relationships.
• Prior management experience in retail or food services.
• Availability to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays within a Unionized work environment.

Employment Details: This position is with an independently owned franchise operating under Fortinos. Employment contracts and relationships are with the franchisee, not directly with Loblaws Inc. or its affiliates.

Compensation: Annual salary ranges from 49920 to 66179 CAD, depending on experience and location.
