Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms in alignment with the hotel's brand standards, including making beds, changing linens, and thorough bathroom cleaning.
• Restock amenities such as towels, linens, and room supplies as needed to maintain readiness for new arrivals.
• Ensure rooms are presentable, orderly, and ready for guests within the scheduled time frames.
• Inspect room furnishings, fixtures, and equipment, reporting maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow hotel policies for identifying and reporting lost and found items.
• Respect guests' privacy and possessions while maintaining confidentiality throughout duties.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, providing excellent customer service.
• Keep housekeeping carts, equipment, and supplies clean and well-organized.
• Maintain cleanliness standards for assigned corridors and service areas in addition to guest rooms.
• Adhere to safe handling protocols for cleaning chemicals, linens, and amenities.
• Report any unusual occurrences, safety hazards, or damages to supervisors.
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and other departments such as Front Office and Engineering to ensure rooms are prepared efficiently.
• Assist with deep-cleaning tasks and other housekeeping responsibilities as necessary.
• Comply with all health, hygiene, safety, and security policies of the hotel.
• Use hotel resources responsibly, minimizing waste while upholding professional grooming and appearance standards.
• Exemplify company values by engaging positively and respectfully with guests and colleagues.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or room attendant role, preferably within the hotel or hospitality sector.
• Background in luxury or international hotels is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to cleanliness and detail, maintaining high standards.
• Proactive, responsible attitude and strong work ethic.
• Organizational aptitude and effective time management skills.
• Ability to complete room assignments efficiently without compromising quality.
• Genuine dedication to hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in diverse teams.
• Knowledge of basic hygiene, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
• Physical fitness to meet role demands including standing, walking, bending, and using housekeeping equipment during shifts.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic English proficiency; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
