The Housekeeping Team

Our Housekeeping staff is focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences through immaculate room upkeep, attentive service, and a keen eye for detail. Each guest room, suite, and interaction demonstrates our commitment to luxury, comfort, and exemplary standards.

Role Summary

As a Room Attendant, reporting to the Room Attendant Supervisor, you will collaborate with the housekeeping team to guarantee guestrooms meet the Rosewood, Brand and LQA quality standards consistently. Your duties center on maintaining guest rooms and related areas in pristine condition to provide a welcoming and memorable visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and prepare guestrooms, ensuring high standards in cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort.
• Significantly adhere to Rosewood Brand Standards and LQA requirements during all assigned tasks.
• Restock guest amenities, linens, and all necessary room supplies to ensure an uninterrupted and pleasant guest experience.
• Promptly identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items.
• Address guest requests promptly and with professionalism; assist with resolving service-related concerns when needed.
• Ensure guest privacy and security by handling rooms, keys, and belongings with strict confidentiality.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping operations within hotels, resorts, or hospitality settings.
• A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences through meticulous cleaning and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with cleaning methods, operational equipment, and safe use of chemicals.
• Highly organized and dependable, maintaining excellence in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English communication; additional language skills are an asset.
