Room Attendant

Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent Room Attendant to efficiently carry out room cleaning tasks within specified time limits while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety compliance. This role entails managing supplies, waste disposal, and floor care, along with adherence to workplace health and safety policies.

Core Responsibilities

• Complete cleaning duties for assigned rooms within designated timeframes.
• Transport towels, bed linens, toiletries, and cleaning materials using assigned wheeled carts.
• Maintain cleanliness by emptying waste bins, ashtrays, and disposing of trash properly.
• Sweep and mop flooring applying appropriate cleaning tools and methods.
• Restock room supplies including linens and bathroom products as needed.
• Execute cleaning activities in alignment with set hygiene standards.
• Understand and abide by all workplace safety guidelines and protocols.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management periodically.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of experience in housekeeping, specifically as a room attendant within Singapore; prior hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Capability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A positive attitude, readiness to exceed basic duties, and resilience to physical work demands.
