Purpose

As a Room Attendant, you will be an essential member of the Housekeeping team, responsible for ensuring guest rooms are meticulously cleaned with attention to fine details. Your role involves both physical cleaning tasks and providing cooperative support to colleagues and guests, to help create memorable stays.

Primary Responsibilities

• Comprehensively clean guest rooms, including changing linen, sanitizing bathrooms, and polishing surfaces to uphold high standards.
• Operate within established Housekeeping protocols to maintain consistent quality.
• Organize, equip, and replenish housekeeping trolleys regularly.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely, following proper guidelines to ensure safety for everyone.
• Safeguard guests' privacy and security consistently.
• Promptly note and communicate any maintenance concerns to relevant teams.

Skills and Experience

• Prior experience in cleaning or room attendant roles is advantageous.
• Demonstrate warm and approachable communication, making guests and teammates feel welcome.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail, efficient time management, and pride in work completed.
• Ready for a physically active position that may involve traversing stairs and open pathways.
• Enjoy working collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Have dependable transport and availability for shifts that may include weekends and public holidays.
