Role Overview

As a Room Attendant, you play an essential role within the Housekeeping team, ensuring guest rooms are immaculate while focusing on meticulous attention to detail. Beyond cleaning tasks, you will work collaboratively with your team and assist guests as needed, contributing to an outstanding hospitality experience and memorable stays.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including changing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, and wiping all surfaces to maintain high standards
• Follow company guidelines to meet impeccable cleanliness standards consistently
• Maintain, organize, and restock housekeeping trolleys efficiently
• Handle cleaning products responsibly while adhering to safety and health protocols
• Respect guest privacy and security to maintain their comfort and trust
• Promptly report any maintenance issues to ensure smooth operations

Candidate Profile & Experience

• Prior experience in cleaning or room attendant roles is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor that makes guests and team members feel welcome
• Strong attention to detail and efficient time management, taking pride in work quality
• Physically fit to perform tasks involving navigating stairs and pathways within the property
• A collaborative spirit to work harmoniously with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
• Reliable transportation and availability to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays
