Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our thriving Response division in the Peterborough area. This role focuses on performing Responsive Maintenance roofing tasks across various customer properties. The ideal candidate is dedicated to enhancing the living conditions of residents and maintaining their properties to a high standard.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary of £35,530 for a 39-hour workweek
• Potential earnings up to £39,586 including bonuses, overtime, and callout fees

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out repair and replacement roofing works such as fixing leaks, replacing felt and battens, repairing gutters, leadwork, and torch-on felt patches
• Optional: perform minor brickwork repairs as required
• Build strong working relationships by communicating effectively with schedule coordinators, tenants, and supervisors
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations at all times

Candidate Profile

• Must hold an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Roofing
• Possession of PASMA and IPAF certifications is advantageous
• Capability to perform in a dynamic, target-driven, and responsive working environment
• Professional and considerate conduct in diverse settings, including homes of vulnerable tenants within social housing
• Valid full UK driving license and ability to use a company van
