About the Role

Join Ian Williams Ltd as a Labourer based in Swindon and surrounding areas, contributing to refurbishment projects within customers' properties while working as part of a collaborative and caring team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a long wheelbase van to collect, deliver, and maintain site tidiness, ensuring all work areas remain clear.
• Engage in strenuous physical tasks including loading and unloading waste materials related to kitchen and bathroom installations.
• Transport site materials such as large sheet materials and door sets efficiently.
• Work proactively using initiative to meet job goals with an emphasis on health and safety and high-quality results.
• Prioritize the health and safety of yourself, your team, and customers by maintaining safe work environments and completing necessary documentation at each phase.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in a labourer or general operative role within a trade-related setting.
• Preferably hold a CSCS card.
• Ability to conduct oneself professionally and respectfully in diverse customer environments including private homes and communal spaces.
• Possession of a valid full UK driving licence.
