This position focuses on leading quality roofing projects, including inspections, repairs, and replacements, while promoting a high standard of safety, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive roof inspections to detect damage caused by weather or normal wear.
- Manage roof repair and replacement projects ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols.
- Work closely with estimating, production, and insurance teams to guarantee smooth project workflows.
- Assist in sales consultations by providing expert guidance on roofing options to clients.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with customers to uphold excellent service standards.
Requirements and Qualifications

Compensation and Schedule
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000 annually, coupled with commission opportunities based on inspection and sales performance. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday without weekend or after-hours commitments, supporting a balanced work-life routine.
