Overview
CDTC Private Limited is seeking a motivated and creative Robotics Trainer to educate school and college learners on Robotics, STEM, IoT, Electronics, and Automation fundamentals. The role emphasizes practical, hands-on teaching to ignite students' interest in these domains.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on Robotics and STEM to students.
- Instruct on basic electronics, sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, and programming principles.
- Assist students in constructing robotic projects and prototypes.
- Design lesson plans, training content, and hands-on assignments.
- Provide support to students during workshops, contests, and project presentations.
- Record and maintain student attendance, progress, and training documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Familiarity with Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and various Robotics kits.
- Basic programming skills in languages such as C, C++, Python, or Scratch.
- Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
- Prior experience in teaching or training is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with robust technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in Robotics and Automation.
- Competency in Arduino programming.
- Understanding of embedded systems fundamentals.

Salary and Benefits
The monthly remuneration ranges between 5,000 and 15,000 based on experience.
Working Schedule
Monday through Saturday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
