About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking expressions of interest for a Robotics Product Specialist to join our Joint Replacement team located in Hobart or Launceston, Tasmania. This position involves field-based work and a travel commitment of approximately 30%.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical and clinical expert during complex knee and hip surgeries, supporting customers with specialist knowledge.
- Participate in surgical procedures, assisting surgeons and hospital staff with the effective utilization of Stryker products.
- Perform segmentation and surgical planning for Mako robotic cases using software to prepare preoperative CT data.
Required Experience and Skills
This role is ideal for individuals with work or study experience in healthcare-related fields such as health, biomedical, medical, or engineering disciplines, as well as physiotherapists, osteopaths, nurses, fitness trainers, sports physiologists, and healthcare workers. A genuine passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes is essential. Extensive training on the Mako robot will be provided, so prior specific experience is not mandatory.
