Job Overview
Vsquare Buildcon Private Limited is seeking a Road Site Engineer to join their team in Bhavnagar, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in road construction projects and be proficient in supervising various site operations ensuring quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough BOQ (Bill of Quantities) comparisons to ensure project accuracy and budgeting adherence.
- Oversee and perform accurate levelling tasks to maintain project specifications.
- Manage DLC (Dense Liquid Concrete) and PCC (Plain Cement Concrete) laying activities on-site.
- Lead site management operations, coordinating various activities to meet timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Supervise labor forces efficiently to optimize productivity and ensure safety compliance.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in road construction processes and site engineering.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ analysis and levelling techniques.
- Capability to manage concrete laying tasks including DLC and PCC.
- Effective site and labor management skills.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 30,000 and 40,000 INR.
