Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Road Craft Mentor to deliver practical driving training sessions aimed at developing learners' vehicle handling and road safety skills. This role involves teaching comprehensive driving techniques, assessing learner progress, and ensuring adherence to safe driving practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct practical driving lessons covering vehicle control, traffic rules, city and highway driving, parking maneuvers, reversing, and lane discipline.
• Evaluate learners' driving performance to pinpoint areas where improvement is needed and provide constructive feedback after each session.
• Ensure learners consistently practice safe and responsible driving behaviors.
• Maintain professionalism, patience, and effective communication when dealing with students and addressing their queries.
• Monitor learner progress and prepare regular reports or updates as required.
• Handle vehicles safely during training and promptly report any mechanical issues.
• Adhere strictly to company training protocols, schedules, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain punctual attendance and time management for all sessions.
• Represent the iTurn brand positively and contribute to delivering excellent customer service.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Valid driving license applicable to the training vehicle being used.
• Demonstrated skilled driving ability and robust knowledge of road safety principles.
• Previous experience in driving instruction, driver training, or related automotive educating roles is highly desirable.
• Comprehensive understanding of traffic laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Patience and calmness when teaching learners with varying skill levels.
• A keen eye for identifying and correcting driving errors.
• Strong safety awareness and responsible attitude.
• Excellent punctuality and discipline with the ability to follow assigned schedules effectively.
