Risk Officer

Role Overview

The Risk Officer is tasked with identifying, evaluating, tracking, and addressing risks that could affect the organization's strategic goals, operational efficiency, financial health, compliance with regulations, information security, and public reputation. This position plays a vital role in supporting and enhancing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework while fostering a culture that proactively manages risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and refining the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system.
• Identify and evaluate risks across operational, financial, IT, cybersecurity, compliance, strategic, and project dimensions.
• Manage the corporate risk register and oversee the progress and effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with various business units to integrate risk management practices into everyday activities and strategic decisions.
• Create detailed risk reports, develop dashboards, and track key risk indicators (KRIs) for review by management and leadership teams.
