Risk & Credit Analyst (Entry Level)

Position Overview

Join as a Risk & Credit Analyst focused on evaluating tenant credit and managing credit risk for rent financing solutions within an innovative fintech startup. This entry-level role involves data-driven credit assessments, portfolio monitoring, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate tenants' creditworthiness and their ability to repay for rent financing requests.
• Support building and fine-tuning credit scoring models specific to tenants and rental segments.
• Track portfolio for late payments, delinquency trends, and early risk indicators.
• Develop management dashboards and reports reflecting risk exposure and portfolio health.
• Help define and improve credit policies, approval limits, and underwriting guidelines.
• Collaborate across Product, Collection, and Operations teams to mitigate default risks and streamline approval processes.
• Assist compliance with regulatory and internal audits related to credit risk.
• Provide data-backed insights to enhance underwriting precision as loan portfolios expand.

Candidate Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar disciplines.
• At least one year of experience in credit analysis, risk management, or financial analysis; experience in fintech, property technology, or Buy Now Pay Later sectors is advantageous.
• Must be a Saudi National.
• Proficiency in Excel with strong analytical capabilities and comfort with credit-related data.
• Familiarity with credit risk concepts and analysis of financial statements.
• Genuine interest in financial technology, real estate, or startup ecosystems.
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
