Risk Control Strategy Product Manager (Disposal Optimization)

Within our BRIC (Business Risk Integrity Control) team, you will encounter one of the most demanding environments in risk management, addressing challenges such as large scale operations, high concurrency, dynamic abuse behaviors, and complex global adversarial ecosystems.

In this role, you will develop the next generation of intelligent, data-driven systems to defend against risk, blending strategic insight, product development, and AI applications to protect the integrity of TikTok's content ecosystem and continually elevate risk governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement analysis, product planning, design, and project execution focused on anti-cheat account management for TikTok's worldwide use cases.
• Utilize both internal and external product innovations and intelligent technologies to streamline handling processes, enhancing the efficacy and efficiency of managing risky accounts while ensuring soundness in risk control decision-making.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of company business and strategy, collaborate with diverse business units to reconcile internal demands and platform performance, and set up effective communication and cooperation frameworks that promote risk control awareness across departments.
• Develop scientifically grounded metrics to assess the success of handling measures and evaluate their governance results and business impacts.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years' product experience in internet-related roles, demonstrating strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, and a results-driven attitude.
• A proactive sense of responsibility, excellent team collaboration, and a keen ability to learn and adapt.
• High curiosity, self-motivation, a passion for challenges, and a dedication to excellence.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Background in Computer Science, Information Security, Statistics, Mathematics, or related technical fields is advantageous.
• Previous work in risk control, anti-cheat, anti-fraud, or strategic areas is preferred.
• Experience within an international corporation; familiarity with big data analytics and AI algorithms; understanding operational behaviors and violation tactics related to security and risk control; practical knowledge of governance and standard operating procedures for various risk scenarios.
