Their goal centers on managing key programs, orchestrating execution across departments, and preparing RPR to meet upcoming challenges and seize new opportunities. Their success is measured by the impact of their large-scale outcomes, stakeholder influence, and establishment of robust processes that enhance operational stability.

About the Role

In this position as a Program Manager within T&S, you will collaborate with a gifted, multi-disciplinary team dedicated to elevating organizational efficiency while championing top-priority T&S projects. The role involves project management, building consensus, and serving as a reliable partner to T&S leadership. Responsibilities include steering cross-functional projects, enhancing rapid engagement management, and driving T&S toward higher organizational maturity and influence. This role suits strategic thinkers who thrive on cross-team leadership and hands-on project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage several critical projects impacting Trust & Safety.
• Oversee projects from initiation through to execution by defining scope, timeline, major milestones, tasks, deliverables, and roles to ensure timely, effective delivery at scale that improves T&S readiness for emerging challenges.
• Develop and implement frameworks, tools, and governance structures to boost operational efficiency, accountability, and consistency across T&S.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams globally, manage stakeholder relations flexibly, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Proactively support T&S executives through high-level communications on project status and contribute innovative ideas to initiatives.
• Enhance organizational effectiveness within Trust & Safety.
• Identify, assess, and consolidate regional operational challenges; elevate significant opportunities and advocate for transformational improvements.
• Advance the program management function by creating new tools, processes, methodologies, and infrastructure aimed at increasing domain maturity.
• Promote data-driven decision-making by supporting the collection and interpretation of data to improve organizational outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in complex program management, strategic planning, business process improvement, performance tracking, or change management.
• Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to oversee multiple projects and diverse stakeholders internationally.
• Strong aptitude in cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and influence capability.
• Self-motivated entrepreneur who can propel swiftly moving projects forward.
• Ability to quickly diagnose issues, thoroughly analyze them, and propose practical solutions.
• Experience managing confidential information sensitively and securely.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within Trust & Safety or other complex global technical organizations.
• Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Design Thinking, or Agile methodologies.
