Job Overview

Esnad Contracting is seeking an experienced Rigger Level 3 to join their team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting lifting and rigging tasks with a focus on safety, efficiency, and compliance with project guidelines and procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute rigging, lifting, and load securing operations in a safe and effective manner.
• Inspect all lifting gear including slings, shackles, and related rigging equipment prior to use to ensure safety and functionality.
• Coordinate closely with crane operators, providing guidance and maintaining clear communication throughout lifting operations.
• Adhere strictly to approved lifting plans, method statements, and safety protocols.
• Recognize and promptly report any risks or unsafe conditions found during lifting tasks.
• Collaborate with the lifting crew and site teams to guarantee secure lifting activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization around lifting zones to uphold safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or relevant technical certification.
• At least five years of hands-on experience in rigging and lifting roles.
• Possession of a valid Rigger Level 3 certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• Thorough understanding of lifting equipment, rigging tools, and safe operational practices.
• Ability to interpret lifting plans and basic technical directives.
• Strong communication capabilities and the aptitude to work well within a team.
• Dedication to following site safety rules and regulations.
