At H&P, we recognize that our people are the foundation of our success. We are seeking a skilled Rig Manager (Tool Pusher) to oversee the operational effectiveness and safety compliance of drilling activities in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all rig operations strictly comply with health, safety, and environmental standards, alongside company policies and regulatory mandates.
• Lead rig personnel by assigning responsibilities, prioritizing tasks, and supervising daily activities to maintain smooth operations.
• Engage in recruitment, onboarding, training programs, and performance evaluations for rig staff members.
• Set clear project goals and formulate operational plans in coordination with senior management, including planning manpower and resources.
• Monitor and assess drilling processes to meet safety and performance criteria; propose improvements to operational procedures when necessary.
• Update and implement operational standards and practices aimed at enhancing efficiency and decreasing costs.
• Communicate effectively with the team via written and oral instructions to maintain clarity and direction.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed documentation for each event.
• Oversee the planning and execution of rig erection, dismantling, and mobilization activities.
• Coordinate logistics, including the delivery of drilling tools, fuel, water, and other essential materials to the site.
• Conduct regular rig inspections and produce accurate reports on rig conditions.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed for all equipment and rigs.
• Assess wellbore conditions and communicate findings related to drilling outcomes.
• Act as the primary interface between on-site operating teams and client representatives.
• Prepare comprehensive operational reports summarizing drilling progress, challenges encountered, and equipment requirements for management review.
