Role Overview

This newly formed position uniquely combines operational reward delivery with advanced analytics, stakeholder interaction, and project involvement. Collaborating with a seasoned Reward leader, the specialist will significantly influence remuneration reviews, governance, reporting, and ongoing function improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with annual remuneration and incentive review processes.
• Perform remuneration modelling, benchmark analysis, and evaluations.
• Generate reward reporting, workforce insights, and market research.
• Formulate data-driven suggestions to aid business decisions.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and senior leaders on remuneration topics.
• Ensure compliance and governance in remuneration activities and reporting.
• Use Workday extensively, along with advanced Excel and Power BI for reporting purposes.
• Identify and promote process enhancements, automation, and efficiency gains.
• Contribute to strategic reward projects and broader transformation efforts.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Background in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or Remuneration roles.
• Experience managing complex remuneration schemes and frameworks.
• Strong skills in remuneration analytics, reporting, and modelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and handling large data sets.
• Familiarity with Workday and preferably Power BI.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to governance standards.
• Experience in highly regulated sectors such as financial services, funds management, banking, or insurance is advantageous.
