The role combines strategic influence with hands-on operational activities, supporting ongoing transformation of the People & Culture function.
Additionally, you will provide expert guidance on complex employee and workplace relations matters such as investigations, organisational changes, restructures, disciplinary processes, and managing employment risks. Success will depend on your ability to handle complexity and foster strong stakeholder relationships.

You communicate persuasively and build credibility quickly, enabling you to influence key decision-makers in high-profile settings. Your experience likely includes leadership capability, succession planning, workforce development, organisational design, and employee engagement. Familiarity with remuneration structures and broad people strategy initiatives is an asset.
You are experienced in managing multifaceted workplace relations issues and confident in delivering pragmatic advice on investigations, performance management, restructures, and compliance with employment legislation. You work autonomously, handle pressure calmly, and thrive amid transformative growth.
