Job Overview
Jackson County Commission invites candidates to apply for the role of Revenue Technician I between August 31st and September 14th, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct tax assessment and collection for both real and personal property.
- Manage cashiering duties with accuracy and efficiency.
- Engage with the public to provide excellent service and support.
- Maintain and organize records systematically.
- Utilize computer skills to support department operations.
Compensation and Benefits
The starting wage for this position is $15.34 per hour. Employees are entitled to a comprehensive benefits package including state retirement plan, Blue Cross Blue Shield health and dental insurance, vision coverage, life insurance, paid holidays, vacation time, and sick leave.
