Role Overview
Positioned in Singapore, this role demands a seasoned Revenue Operations Director to spearhead the APAC region's revenue operations. The candidate will be pivotal in connecting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to the global Revenue Operations team, ensuring seamless growth, strategic alignment, and operational excellence across all revenue-generation stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Devise and lead APAC Revenue Operations strategies in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership.
- Manage regional delivery of daily operational support to go-to-market teams, including CRM assistance, deal structuring, and pipeline monitoring, while handling escalations and cross-team issue resolution.
- Align global and regional objectives, advocating for the unique APAC market aspects including customer segments and competitive landscape.
- Oversee regional RevOps technology infrastructure to support workflows throughout the revenue process.
- Work closely with global service owners to maintain technology efficiency and data integrity.
- Promote adoption and optimize the use of go-to-market tools across APAC.
- Develop and maintain territory and account segmentation models tailored to APAC market conditions.
- Partner with global RevOps and regional sales leadership on quota setting, allocation strategies, and capacity planning.
- Evaluate coverage models and advise on adjustments based on performance analytics and workforce planning.
- Manage the APAC forecasting activities, including conducting weekly forecast meetings, pipeline assessments, and call accuracy reviews.
- Produce reliable, in-depth reports on pipeline health, revenue achievements, team productivity, and conversion rate metrics.
- Offer actionable insights to GTM leaders for risk identification, deal acceleration, and improvement in win ratios.
- Ensure punctual and accurate executive reporting for quarterly business reviews, board meetings, and regional planning sessions.
- Lead and mentor a team, setting clear goals, giving ongoing feedback, and nurturing a culture centered on high performance.
Candidate Qualifications
- Between 8 to 10+ years of relevant experience in Sales, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Go-To-Market strategy within B2B SaaS or enterprise software sectors.
- Proficient in CRM and Business Intelligence tools, with a preference for Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI; Salesforce experience also valued.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales performance management, planning, forecasting, territory creation, and capacity model development.
- Strong analytical capabilities with advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets and data visualization platforms.
- Experience supporting extensive, geographically dispersed sales teams across APAC regions including Japan, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders across multiple functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Enablement, and Product.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to present complex data and strategic advice to executive audiences.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive, excelling in dynamic, high-growth environments.
