Revenue Cycle Associate

Overview

We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Associate to assist sales leadership by delivering precise reporting, forecasting, strict governance, and seamless coordination among Sales, Delivery, Finance, and other cross-functional teams. This individual will be instrumental in managing sales performance data, enforcing operational discipline, and providing timely insights that facilitate data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support comprehensive sales operations and reporting activities including revenue forecasting, funnel pipeline management, sales review preparations, business review collections, days sales outstanding (DSO) management, and annual sales planning and budgeting.
• Monitor and control sales forecasts, pipelines, bookings, revenues, and budgets to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Align sales and delivery metrics, including employee engagement and revenue forecasts versus actuals, ensuring consistency across departments.
• Create, maintain, and distribute management information systems (MIS), dashboards, and presentations for leadership review.
• Keep account details, account manager assignments, and sales hierarchy updated within organizational systems.
• Liaise with Finance, Delivery, HR, and Sales teams to validate data and finalize reporting cycles.
• Support periodic business reviews, track key performance parameters (KPPs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare comprehensive leadership presentations.
• Maintain rigorous adherence to processes, data integrity, and timely closure of tasks.
• Serve as the main contact for addressing escalations related to sales operations.

Qualifications and Work Conditions

• Must hold an MBA with a focus on Finance.
• Work schedule is the regular shift from 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
