Your Role

As a Retail Visual Merchandise Coordinator, you'll foster excellent customer experiences by leading operational areas such as visual merchandising, customer service, back room, and merchandise processing. You'll prioritize, plan, and guide associates while training them on service standards and merchandise presentation to reinforce teamwork and store excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence in merchandising, customer service, and merchandise processing.
• Ensure high standards for store operations through clear communication and aligning the team.
• Organize tasks efficiently, promote collaboration, and provide training on service policies.
• Coach associates in customer service and merchandise display best practices, encouraging continuous enhancement.
• Create impactful merchandise presentations to strengthen the store’s brand and value proposition.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant retail or service experience, with understanding of customer and operational needs.
• Collaborative approach to teamwork, fostering positive relationships among staff.
• Ability to multitask effectively within a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Strong communicator with excellent time management skills to clearly convey information and prioritize tasks.

Location and Compensation

Position based at CAN Winners Store 0429 in Owen Sound, ON, 2125 16th Street E.

Hourly salary range: $19.60 to $24.50, with the exact rate influenced by skills, experience, and market factors.
